  3. Habit 3: Put First Things First - Manage your life according to your needs and priorities.
  4. Habit 4: Think Win‐Win- Integrity- Do the right thing, even when no one is watching; Maturity - Be considerate of the feelings of others; Abundance Mentality- Believe there is plenty
    for everyone. Seek agreements and relationships that are mutually beneficial.
  5. Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood - Learn how to communicate clearly and listen to others.
  6. Habit 6: Synergize - “Two heads are better than one.” Through mutual trust and understanding, we can often solve conflicts and find a better solution than would have been obtained through either person's own solution.
  7. Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw - Allow yourself to grow by maintaining a balanced program in the four areas of your life: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual. 
  8. Habit 8- Find Your Voice -Speak up for yourself and others in a positive way.
